COD for purchases is the prefered mode of payment. Delivery of said purchases are made during FlipSpin club meetings (usually Saturday afternoons).
Special arrangements can be made and we can FedEx your orders if you live outside Metro Manila.
IMPORTANT: Please add your color choice and desired size (for clothing) as well as other alternate contact details like cellphone number and email in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box during check out so that we can contact you as to when your order will be delivered.
If there is no addtional comment indicating color choice and desired size, it is understood that the shopper leaves the decision to the webstore as regards to color choice and size.
VERY IMPORTANT: We will try to CONTACT you regarding your order as soon as we can. If you fail to REPLY or CONFIRM your order with us within a week of placing the order, then we're sorry to say that we reserve the right to CANCEL the order that you placed to give a chance for others to buy the item.
